  • An individual becomes eligible for nomination 5 years following graduation or retirement. This time period can be waived for exceptional circumstances. Are you requesting an exception to the 5 year waiting period?

  • Once you have made a selection, required nomination questions appear.
  • Schools / Districts which the nominee attended / worked and for how many years. Please list all.
  • In what activities / athletics did the nominee participate or work and for how many years?
  • How many years did the nominee serve as an administrator in Alaska?
  • In what year did the nominee graduate or retire from activities / athletics.
  • What role did the nominee play in interscholastic activities and/or athletics? During what time period?
  • Please summarize nominee’s accomplishments and what makes them a stand out in their category. List any awards or recognitions earned. For activity participants and athletes please include academic achievement and varsity letters earned. Include any other factors that should be considered by the Hall of Fame Selection Committee. Please limit the summary to one page.
